Industrial Janitor

Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment, is seeking a Industrial Janitor to join their team. As a Industrial Janitor, you will be part of the facility operations team supporting day-to-day cleanliness and safety across production and common areas. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and detail-focused - helping keep the workplace clean, organized, and ready for production. Job Title: Industrial Janitor Location: Decatur, AL Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Shifts available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift What's the Job?

• Clean and sanitize production areas, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed to maintain a safe, professional environment
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean machinery exteriors, equipment, and workstations following safety guidelines
• Remove debris, dust, and other materials from production areas while following all company safety procedures and OSHA standards What's Needed?
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic What's in it for me?
