Our client, is seeking a General Manufacturing to join their team. You will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Manufacturing Location: Spring Lake, MI Pay Range: $17 Shift: 1:55 PM - 12:15 AM, Monday through Thursday What's the Job?
- Load and unload materials from production machinery
- Assist with assembly and manufacturing operations
- Move and handle products throughout the production process
- Perform basic quality checks on parts and finished products
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions while maintaining a clean, organized work area What's Needed?
- Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (30 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required What's in it for me?
