Our client, a chemical manufacturing company specializing in foam and cushioning products, is seeking a general labor associate to join their team. As a general labor associate, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace safety, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and the drive to help meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Job Title: General labor Location: Morris, IL Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Mix, handle, transport, and process raw materials according to established procedures.
• Monitor production processes and perform routine quality inspections.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and PPE requirements while keeping work areas clean and organized. What's Needed?
• Prior manufacturing, production, chemical processing, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely work around chemicals and industrial equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a commitment to workplace safety. What's in it for me?
