Extruder Operator

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production department supporting day-to-day extrusion operations. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, intermediate quantitative skills, and intermediate reading/comprehension skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Location: New Hope, MN Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Shift: Monday-Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM What's the Job?

• Obtain the correct documentation for the batch and ensure the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area.
• Set up and start production machinery (Extruder) by checking controls for adherence to operating and safety procedures.
• Safely and neatly process materials packages and/or skids material to the correct size/container according to customer specifications.
• Accurately supply and support Production Operators with appropriate materials/functions to efficiently keep equipment operational.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain documentation while following safety and work rules and maintaining departmental housekeeping standards. What's Needed?
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Manufacturing/Industrial Operations experience (1 year).
• Cross-functional problem solving techniques experience (1 year).
• Forklift Operators License completed.
• Intermediate skills in manual dexterity, quantitative skills, reading/comprehension, and conflict resolution. What's in it for me?
