Equipment Operator

Our client, a leading foodservice distribution and warehouse operations company, is seeking an Order Selector, Electric Pallet Jack Operator to join their team. As an Order Selector you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting the Order Selection, Shipping, and Receiving Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, dependability, and a strong safety mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. • Accurately select and pick customer orders in dry, cooler, and freezer warehouse environments.
• Operate a Ride on Electric Pallet Jack and other material handling equipment safely.
• Build, organize, label, and stage pallets for shipment using warehouse technology and scanners.
• Perform inventory, receiving, order packing, and product handling activities.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and equipment inspection procedures while meeting productivity goals. What’s Needed?
• Minimum 12 months of Order Picking, Order Selector experience.
• Previous experience operating a Ride on Electric Pallet Jack and Walkie Pallet Jack.
• Experience with inventory, receiving, order packing, and scanner operation.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Ability to successfully complete an in person interview What’s in it for me?
