Assistant Machine Operator - $21.00/Hour 📍 Walden, NY 🕒 Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Manpower is seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Walden, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup and operation
• Monitor equipment performance and production quality
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify supervisors of major concerns
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to distinguish colors for quality and production purposes
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working around machinery and handling production materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 10-hour workday

Pay & Schedule:

💲 $21.00 per hour 📅 Monday-Friday

⏰ 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
