Compensation
Starting Pay: $16.43 per hour Weekly QPI Bonus: Up to 33% Monthly Attendance Bonus: Up to $200 Weekly Pay Schedule 1st Shift
- Monday-Thursday: 10-hour shifts
- Friday: 8-hour make-up day if weekly production goals have not been met
- Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
Enjoy a three-day weekend most weeks while maintaining a full-time schedule. What You'll Do
- Assemble components and equipment using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Qualifications
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must successfully complete a 7-year background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
