Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the remanufacturing and production industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the E-Reman Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $18.00/hour What’s the Job?

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, assemble, and test mechatronic products following work instructions.
• Operate multiple assembly stations and use hand tools, air tools, torque wrenches, hoists, and hydraulic presses.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain production standards, safety compliance, and workstation organization.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, housekeeping initiatives, and overtime requirements as needed. What’s Needed?
• Previous manufacturing experience required; warehouse-only experience will not be considered.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and wear required PPE, including steel-toe safety shoes. What’s in it for me?
