Our client, Industry Leader in Autonomous Vehicle Operations is seeking a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations organization supporting day-to-day vehicle operations and mission readiness. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the drive to lead by example - aligning successfully in a high-collaboration environment. Job Title: Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor Location: Dallas, TX Pay Range: $36 What's the Job?

• Supervise a team of VOs to ensure they understand and execute both short- and long-term targets.
• Work hands-on with your team to lead by example and ensure all software and hardware tests are executed to high standards.
• Support vehicle operators in day-to-day operations while maintaining a safety-centric, inclusive, and open-communication culture.
• Complete administrative tasks related to team coordination and schedule validation.
• Provide written and oral performance feedback at regular intervals and mentor direct reports to deliver consistently. What's Needed?
• 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience with an active AVT permit.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment that promotes teamwork.
• Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
• Excellent driving history and a proactive, resourceful approach to daily operations. What's in it for me?
