Job Title: R&D Software Engineer Location: Boulder, Colorado Schedule: Onsite, M-F Pay Range: Up to $150,000 Visa sponsorship is not available for any position with this client - Candidates must be able to clear International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Our client, an innovative leader in the technology industry, is seeking a R&D Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a R&D Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Research & Development & Operations departments supporting cutting-edge projects and collaborating with talented professionals. What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and optimize innovative software solutions for research projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research concepts into functional prototypes
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new software tools and algorithms
• Document technical specifications and contribute to project reports
