Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting hospital and healthcare facility operations, plant operations, engineering services, maintenance programs, life safety compliance, and regulatory readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting hospitals, rehabilitation centers, healthcare systems, or other highly regulated healthcare environments, along with strong leadership, budget management, personnel oversight, and regulatory compliance expertise, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: Celina, TX Pay Range: $50 to $53/hr Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite) What's the Job?
- Lead and supervise plant operations, engineering, EVS, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient healthcare facility operations.
- Manage facility budgets, financial performance, KPIs, SLAs, personnel development, and operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements, Joint Commission standards, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requirements, safety programs, and facility maintenance standards.
- Oversee vendor performance, CMMS activities, preventive maintenance programs, critical building systems, and facility-related projects.
- Support life safety readiness, infection control initiatives, emergency preparedness programs, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement efforts. What's Needed?
- Minimum 5+ years of facilities management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance leadership experience.
- Previous managerial experience with budget ownership, personnel management, and team leadership responsibilities.
- Healthcare, hospital, rehabilitation, medical center, long-term care, or other regulated healthcare facility experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting Life Safety compliance, regulatory inspections, accreditation surveys, fire protection systems, and facility compliance programs.
- Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, healthcare systems, acute care facilities, or skilled nursing environments.
- Exposure to Joint Commission, CARF, CMS, NFPA, Environment of Care (EOC), and Life Safety compliance programs.
- Experience managing multiple facilities or healthcare campuses.
- CHFM, CFM, CPMM, or other relevant facilities certifications. What's in it for me?
