Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative who is a self-starter and willing to learn new skills, assume account ownership, and assist in developing sales strategies to increase QwikProduct sales from nationwide air conditioning wholesalers and air conditioning contractors. QwikProducts is the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) product division of Mainstream Engineering, a solutions-oriented research, development and manufacturing business.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Telephone sales to promote QwikProducts™ products to new customers and expand the QwikProducts purchased by our existing customer base.
• Keep proper phone logs and all customer information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Be courteous, pleasant, and responsive
• Communicating and documenting customer insights
• Attend Tradeshows and Customer Events (Counter Days, "Ride Alongs", etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Comfortable in making cold calls to potential customers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Air conditioning sales or service experience extremely helpful
• High School Diploma Required
• College Degree preferred
• Prior sales experience preferred

SALARY:

• Guaranteed annual salary $45,760 with unlimited potential for more earnings through commission
