Full Stack Software Engineer

Maeknit Inc., Jamaica, NY seeks to hire a Full Stack Software Engineer to perform the following duties: 1. Leading end-to-end ERP integration projects including business logic development, custom module creation, and data migration from legacy systems. 2. Architecting and deploying scalable cloud-based web and backend systems using AWS (ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS) and Docker, ensuring high availability and security compliance. 3. Implementing database indexing, caching strategies (Redis, Memcached), and security best practices for robust ERP applications, including integrating secure API development (Node.js, Python). 4. Developing and integrating AI-based automation for intelligent order processing, fraud detection, and chatbots using NLP models in Odoo, including developing an AI-powered document processing feature using OpenAI APIs. 5. Working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous integration, including designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines, using tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Bitbucket pipelines and automating the build, test, and deployment processes. 6. Writing clean, maintainable code and developing comprehensive test cases to ensure software reliability and performance, including building and executing automated testing frameworks with Mocha, Jest, Selenium, and Cypress. 7. Building high-scale APIs, using tools including React.js, Typescript, Node.js, and Docker to support scalable ERP modules, third-party integrations, and front-end interfaces within the Odoo ecosystem. Requires a Bachelor' s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include: a. Architecting and deploying scalable cloud-based web and backend systems using AWS (ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS) and Docker. b. Integrating secure API development (Node.js, Python). c.
