GYMNASTICS ASST INSTRUCTOR

The Madison Area YMCA is seeking Assistant Gymanstics Instructors.

In this role, you will:

• Assist the lead instructor in delivering fun, energetic, safe, and educational gymnastics classes for youth.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe gymnastics faciltiy and equipment.
• Follow all YMCA policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support a welcoming and encouraging environment for participants and their families.

Supervision of Youth:

• Adhere to policies related to boundaries with youth.
• Attend required abuse risk management training.
• Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising youth.
• Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
• Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
