Millwright Technician - USA

This is an opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to take ownership of crusher maintenance, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and major component changes across an entire crushing circuit.

We're specifically looking for experienced Millwrights who understand the demands of fixed plant maintenance and have hands-on experience working with jaw crushers, cone crushers, and associated crushing circuit equipment.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Millwright, preferably at a journeyman Level 4–5
• Strong background in fixed plant maintenance within mining or heavy industrial environments
• Hands-on experience maintaining, repairing and rebuilding jaw and cone crushers is essential
• Experience working with Metso crushers, particularly C160 jaw crushers, is highly regarded
• Practical experience with crusher liner inspections, replacements and change-outs
• Strong understanding of complete crushing circuits, including: Jaw and cone crushers, Feeders and apron feeders, Conveyors and belt systems, Screens, Chutes and associated material handling equipment
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose recurring mechanical failures and carry out major repairs
• Experience identifying wear issues and managing component replacements to minimize equipment downtime
• Welding and fabrication capabilities are highly regarded
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of maintenance responsibilities and work effectively within a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintenance standards
• Experience in a mining environment highly regarded
