Warehouse Picker/Packer

Our client, a privately owned U.S.-based supply chain company, is seeking a Warehouse Picker / Packer in Tacoma, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all orders are picked and packed with high accuracy to speed up the timeliness of deliveries in the field.

Day-to-Day:

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently according to warehouse procedures.
• Use handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment to support inventory tracking and order processing.
• Follow warehouse management system requirements to ensure proper documentation and product movement.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards.
• Provide excellent service by completing assigned work with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow all company and site-specific safety policies to help maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any inventory issues, damaged products, or equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

About You:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
• Basic reading, writing, and counting skills required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Pay Rate / Shift:

• $18.25 /hourr
• Monday - Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Additional overtime will be required
