Warehouse Coordinator

Our client, a cold storage and logistics company, is looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will safely operate a forklift in a cold storage environment while coordinating outbound shipments, managing inventory movements, and ensuring all products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with cold chain management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift in a cold storage environment to move, stack, load, and unload materials and products
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against documentation, and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery
• Transport materials to designated storage areas or loading docks ensuring proper handling and storage procedures
• Conduct visual inspections of materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment

Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification required
• Prior experience in outbound coordination or logistics coordination preferred
• Familiarity with cold chain management practices and temperature-sensitive shipping requirements
• Experience with inventory management software or systems
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety while operating machinery in cold conditions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
