On-Site Manager

Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for an On-Site Manager to join our team in Downey, CA. In this role, you will oversee daily staffing operations at a client warehouse facility, serving as the primary point of contact between the staffing agency, warehouse management, and temporary employees while ensuring staffing needs are met, employees are supported, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily staffing operations and workforce management at the client site
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the staffing agency
• Manage employee attendance, call-outs, tardiness, and scheduling
• Coordinate employee orientations, onboarding, and site-specific training
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and attendance
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and workforce placement
• Maintain daily headcount reports and communicate staffing needs and workforce changes to management
• Conduct employee check-ins and address workplace concerns
• Partner with warehouse supervisors to ensure staffing requirements are met
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns
• Coordinate incident reporting and ensure workplace safety protocols are followed
• Verify employee timecards and assist with payroll-related inquiries
• Monitor turnover and develop employee retention strategies
• Provide regular staffing updates and operational reports to leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in staffing, warehouse operations, or workforce management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and workforce management systems
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with employees, supervisors, and clients
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Flexibility to support multiple shifts, occasional weekends, and overtime as business needs require

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime and weekends as needed
