Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join warehouse and distribution operations throughout the Orlando, FL area. In this role, you will safely operate a variety of forklift equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload products
• Transport, stack, and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas
• Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks
• Move materials between storage, production, and shipping areas
• Perform routine equipment safety checks before each operation
• Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Report equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and safe operating practices

Requirements:

• Experience with one or more equipment types preferred including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to perform general warehouse duties as needed

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Start Time: Typically between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Schedule: Monday through Friday or Monday through Saturday | 8-hour shifts
• Overtime available based on operational needs
