Forklift Operator

Our client, a manufacturer of industrial and energy equipment, is seeking a High Reach and Order Picker Driver in Brookshire, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating high-reach forklifts and order picker equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Day to Day:

• Safely operate high-reach forklifts and order picker equipment to move, locate, and retrieve inventory.
• Pick customer orders accurately according to pick lists and warehouse instructions.
• Retrieve products from high-level warehouse racks and storage locations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform inventory replenishment and maintain accurate product locations.
• Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity and order-picking accuracy expectations.
• Work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to complete daily operations.

About You:

• Previous experience operating a high-reach forklift and order picker preferred.
• Able to complete a written safety assessment and a practical forklift driving evaluation.
• Previous forklift certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Pay-Rate / Shift:

• $20.50 /hour
• Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
• Saturday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
