As the lead for our enterprise integration team, you'll be responsible for connecting technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, cloud applications, databases, and other business-critical systems. You'll influence architecture, lead complex implementations, strengthen platform performance and reliability, and help define how Lutron approaches enterprise integration for the future. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day Mulesoft operations , ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across all supported platforms. Lead cross-functional project teams to drive platform convergence, execute implementations, and proactively resolve technical and organizational challenges. Design and architect technical solutions that meet enterprise IT needs, collaborating with peers across IT and business units. Engage with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle---from gathering business requirements to deployment and post-launch support. Manage multiple concurrent projects , maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop deep expertise across multiple IT technologies , and serve as a mentor by training team members on new tools, platforms, and best practices.
