Original job description

Senior Manager, Integrated Media Dallas, TX (Hybrid, 3 days in office) | Full-time About Lucchese Since 1883, Lucchese has handcrafted some of the finest cowboy boots in the world, made by hand in Texas by artisans who carry more than 140 years of craft forward. Today we're a western luxury lifestyle brand with stores across the country and a fast-growing digital business. We're building a team that brings the same care to our clients online that our bootmakers bring to every stitch. The Role We're putting Lucchese in front of the right people, in the right places, from airport terminals to the TV screen to the mailbox. As our Senior Manager, Integrated Media, you'll build and run our brand and drive-to-store media: out-of-home and airport, display, CTV/OTT, creator amplification, direct mail, wholesale co-op and event promotion. You'll own a multi-million-dollar portfolio, choose and negotiate with the partners who bring it to life, and prove every channel's impact with real measurement, not vendor-reported numbers. What You'll Do

  • Select, negotiate and manage media partners across out-of-home, airport, programmatic display and CTV, mail houses, print and event partners.
  • Plan flighting and market selection so every campaign can be read clearly, and launch new tests such as CTV brand-lift studies.
  • Run our wholesale co-op program end to end: accruals, claim rules, proof of performance and monthly utilization tracking, in partnership with Finance.
  • Design measurement with our Data Scientist before campaigns go live: geo holdouts, matched markets and brand-lift studies.
  • Own creative specs, trafficking and lead times for non-digital media.
  • Build launch and campaign calendars together with brand, product, events and wholesale teams.
  • Partner with Retention on audiences and mail-file selection.
  • Report results against controls and recommend whether to scale, hold or exit each channel.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in integrated or brand media planning and buying across display, out-of-home/DOOH, CTV/OTT, direct mail, and co-op or partnership media.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Working knowledge of geo holdouts, matched-market testing and brand-lift measurement, and a healthy skepticism of vendor-reported results.
  • Experience building flighting plans and managing budgets across many channels and partners.
  • Comfort with co-op program administration and compliance.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with The Trade Desk or DV360.
  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle or retail brands with a store footprint.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent experience.

This role includes some travel (up to 20%). Why Lucchese You'll join a small, close-knit Growth Marketing team in our Dallas office at a moment of real momentum, with the chance to build programs from the ground up and see your impact quickly. You'll work side by side with brand, product, events and retail partners who care deeply about craftsmanship and our clients. We offer a competitive benefits package, a 401(k), paid time off, and, of course, a new hire boot benefit. Welcome to the trail. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role based in our Dallas office (Dragon Street), with 3 days a week in the office. Eligibility Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Lucchese does not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Equal Opportunity Lucchese is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion or creed, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
