PIT Electric Pallet Jack - Rider

LSI Staffing is looking for a Pallet Jack Operator to work at a meat processing plant in Sioux Center, IA.

Position Summary

Responsible for safely and efficiently moving raw materials, meat products, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the meat production facility using manual or electric pallet jacks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Move products between production lines, coolers, freezers, warehouse, and shipping areas.
• Keep production lines supplied with necessary materials.
• Transport finished products to designated storage and shipping areas.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous pallet jack, warehouse, or meat production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in cold and refrigerated environments.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
