Temp to Hire

LSI Staffing is hiring Pickers/Lumpers for our client in Carrollton, Texas . We're looking for organized, dependable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments at the warehouse.
• Sign for deliveries and process authorized returns to suppliers.
• Package items for outgoing shipments or vendor returns.
• Inspect deliveries for damaged or broken items received during transit.
• Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Use basic math skills for counting, verifying, and processing inventory.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Some Saturdays required
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons and is expected when requested.

Dress Code

• Casual attire is allowed!
• Shorts and T-shirts are welcome.
• Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.

Start Date

Start Monday at 8:00 AM!

Pay Rate: $16.25/hr
