Now Hiring: Assembler

We are seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Hutchinson, KS. In this role, you will assist with the assembly and production while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned assembly operations as part of the bus manufacturing process
• Assemble and install interior and exterior non-electrical components
• Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, screw guns, and caulk guns
• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow work instructions

Qualifications

• Quality-minded with strong attention to detail
• Dependable with good attendance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Assembly or manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance
