Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly

and professional customer service, also assist at checkout

Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise

Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and

replenishing supplies

Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive

merchandise as expected and on time

Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the

best customer service

Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs

(e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut

drywall, cut blinds)

6 months experience with computers, retail and/or customer service

Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted and over 25 lbs with or without

accommodation
