What To Expect

• Start with side work and prepare your bar area for a successful shift.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by taking orders, serving guests, processing payments, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout your shift.
• Support servers, hosts, and fellow team members whenever needed.
• Take on new responsibilities and continue learning through hands-on experience.

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum one year of bartending and serving experience
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality to guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication, listening, and time management skills
• Ability to build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions during busy shifts
• BASSET, TIPS, or other required alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain certifications as required by local regulations)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for most of the workday and freely access all areas of the restaurant
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the facility
