In this role, you will lead projects to design and deliver applications of every size, from simple forms to complex, integrated workflows, utilizing both low-code and traditional development to deliver results quickly. We are a collaborative, fast-paced team which values creative problem-solving, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement. You will fit right in if you are customer-oriented, and proactive, with a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact through their work and delivering optimal value to our customers.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security policies and coding standards.
  • Implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Create technical documentation, provide end-user training and support, and maintain knowledge base materials for deployed applications.

In addition to the job duties listed for the Software Developer 2 above, job duties for the Software Developer 3 include:

  • Work independently with little to no oversight, collaborating with the team to maintain strong team cohesion.
  • Mentor junior software developers to help sharpen their technical skills and build foundations for a successful career.
  • Assist project leaders and leadership with understanding identified solutions to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring deliverables are robust, maintainable, modular, and high performing.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to design sustainable automation and process improvement strategies.
  • Take ownership of wider-scope projects and resolve higher-level technical challenges (e.g., technical debt and software architecture roadblocks).

Salary Range: While the posted salary range for this position is broad, it is highly unusual for selected applicants to be hired at the top end of the range and more common for selected candidates to grow into the full salary band over time.
