RN Unit Manager

Facility: Long Term Care Facility Position: RN Unit Manager Location: Hudson County, New Jersey Shift: Day Shift Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team - someone with leadership skills, strong communication, organizational expertise, and a passion for delivering the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and nursing standards.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to job responsibilities.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections by authorized agencies.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and patient care quality.
• Address staff concerns and grievances, escalating as appropriate to the Director of Nursing Services.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of PointClickCare preferred.
