Produce Innovations is a leader in fresh-cut produce processing, specializing in the preparation and packaging of fresh-cut, all-natural snacks. We are committed to attracting a team that is passionate, innovative, and committed to meeting our customer’s needs As a Processor I, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that all Responsible for Inspect produce for quality, removing any damaged or spoiled items; be familiar with retail products and packaging ; maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment; follow all safety protocols and guidelines; ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product freshness.

Pay: $15

Schedule:

• 1St Position: Monday thru Friday ;4am – 1pm

What we look for:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Operates with the utmost integrity and trust.
• Sound judgement and decision making
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently within a team setting
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English for the automated headset

What you’ll do:

• SAFETY FIRST. Must be able to safely operation warehouse equipment at all times and follow all safety guidelines
• Exposed at variable temperatures and cold processing environment of 34-36 ºF
• Employee is also required to push/pull, lift/carry, or exert force of up to 50 pounds or more
• Cold environment area may be damp/wet moderate noise level PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• All other assigned duties
