Own Your Work. Own Your Future.

If you’re a hands‑on problem solver who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, this is your chance to build more than buildings - you’ll build wealth, skills, and a long‑term career with a company that’s owned by the people who work here. Locke Supply is a fast‑growing, 100% Employee‑Owned leader in the Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC industry. With 190+ locations across six states, we rely on our in‑house construction team to keep our branches safe, sharp, and ready to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. What You’ll Do

Work Across Multiple Trades - Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC
Support Branch Remodels & Repairs - Your craftsmanship directly impacts customer experience
Grow Your Skillset - We train, mentor, and promote from within
Think Like an Owner - Your work increases the value of your ESOP retirement account

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Woodworking (or a strong desire to learn)
Clean driving record + ability to pass required screenings
Willingness to work overtime (46–50 hrs./week total - including overtime) and travel overnight as needed (Hotel and meal stipend company provided)

What You’ll Get

ESOP Ownership - Earn company stock at no cost
Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability
401(k) Options - Build additional retirement savings
Travel Perks - Hotels + food stipends for overnight trips

Why This Role Matters Every project you complete strengthens our branches, supports our teams, and increases the value of the company you co‑own. This is a career where your craftsmanship truly pays off.
