  • Plan company events and order office supplies and amenities
  • Coordinate HVAC preventive maintenance and building maintenance per our lease
  • Maintain the office phone system, internet, and security system, including responding to and assessing alarm calls

Customer & Sales Support

  • Onboard new customers and distributors and maintain sales tax exemption certificates
  • Prepare and process contracts and portal activation forms in PandaDoc with the sales team

  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration (ADP TotalSource a plus)
  • Familiarity with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling many priorities at once
  • Clear, friendly communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Degree requirement, e.g., Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
