Grow your technical skills through real project experience and exposure to all phases of project delivery.
Gain hands-on experience with a variety of bridge and structural projects for local municipalities, counties, and state agencies.
Help design bridges and transportation structures that serve communities across the region.
Take on new challenges and responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow.

Assist with the planning and design of bridge and structural transportation projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Prepare engineering calculations, design plans, specifications, and supporting project documentation.

Utilize engineering software and drafting tools to support structural analysis, design, and plan development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and community needs.
Conduct field visits and site inspections to gather information and support project development.
Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, technical reports, and other project deliverables.
Support quality control efforts by performing self-checks and incorporating feedback from senior team members.
Gain exposure to all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through construction support.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and take on increasing responsibility.
