Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and complete vehicle deliveries daily with the Sales team and Finance Manager
• Assist customers through and after delivery in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Serve as point of contact for any technology or vehicle related inquires from customers after delivery
• Review all purchase and delivery paperwork, ensuring documents are accurate and fully signed before submitting to billing team
• Complete physical inventory of vehicles on a regular basis, maintaining appearance of cleanliness of the vehicle lot and assisting in snow removal/maintenance

Who We're Looking For:

• Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar majors
• 1-2 years of retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred
• A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units delivered and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
