DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

The Litchfield School District is seeking a Database Administrator who plays a vital role in supporting the Litchfield School District’s educational mission by managing and maintaining our Student Information System (PowerSchool), core IT systems, and data infrastructure. Working under the direction of the Director of Technology, you will oversee system configuration, state/federal data reporting, custom reporting, integrations, and user training for staff, students, and parents.

Salary: Competitive salary based on education and experience.

Start Date: On or about November 23, 2026

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer related field or minimum of five (5) years of database management experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
