Original job description

Since 1992, Link High Technologies has been the managed IT and cybersecurity partner for small and mid-sized businesses across NJ, NY, and PA. Nearly 70% of our clients are manufacturers and distributors. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own new-client acquisition from first conversation to signed agreement, with full support from our technical team. What You'll Sell Managed IT services agreements ($3,000+ MRR), cybersecurity and compliance programs, and Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server projects for SMBs with 20–200 employees. We sell recurring services, not hardware. Year 1 target: $50,000 in new MRR.What You'll Do

Build your own pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and referral partners (company-paid events and memberships)
Run a disciplined process: meaningful prospecting that leads to first appointments, then qualified second appointments
Engage owners and C-level executives and propose business solutions, not just products
Qualify early, scope requirements with our engineers, and deliver clear proposals and presentations
Manage your pipeline in ConnectWise and move opportunities through to close

What You Bring

5+ years of B2B technology sales experience in the MSP space
Documented year-over-year quota attainment
Experience selling professional services to SMB owners and C-suite executives
Strong business acumen; comfortable presenting Microsoft and cybersecurity solutions
A structured prospecting methodology and an extreme-ownership mindset
Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus

Base salary plus commission on new MRR and projects. Base salary $60,000–$70,000 | OTE $100,000–$150,000
100% employer-paid medical and dental for the employee; vision, life, and disability included
401(k) with 3% company match; PTO that increases with tenure
