Job Summary
:
The Quality Technician ensures that internal processes are being followed and that finished product meets customer specifications.
Responsibility
- Operate CMM programs and interpret data collected.
- Conduct first piece set-up approvals.
- Conduct In-process floor audits.
- Disposition product in the Scrap and Hold Areas daily.
- Collect, evaluate, and record scrap on each shift.
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Train operators as needed in gage reading and methods of usage.
- Assist in PPAP required studies.
Academic/Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
