Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, our over 50,000 employees around the globe take on complex challenges to discover and deliver life-changing medicines, strengthen how health is understood and managed, and support the communities we serve. This is hard, urgent, selfless work - but it’s work worth doing. If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us.

The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership capabilities with technical expertise in data platforms, HIPAA-regulated environments, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This individual will handle defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, leading delivery execution, and driving business value through data products that support analytics, reporting, operational processes, and patient-centric initiatives.

Support Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs), data-sharing reviews, and data governance processes.
Understand tokenized healthcare data, de-identification approaches, and secure data exchange practices.
Drive implementation of data quality, auditability, and governance controls.
