  • Partner with Business Development, Project Management, editorial, digital, design, sales, product, subject matter experts, and market leads to coordinate priorities and resolve issues.
  • Identify accounts that would benefit from additional, new, or more varied content and communicate opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned projects, recurring workflows, deadlines, and stakeholder input with urgency and attention to detail.

Content Production & Optimization

  • Ensure client and associated editorial content is posted, classified, and optimized within established turnaround times and publication deadlines.
  • Evaluate content for audience fit, document type, buyer journey stage, technical and thematic tags, copyright permissions, and suitability for digital channels.
  • Write and optimize titles, abstracts, short and long-form summaries, introductions, calls to action, and related copy for reader engagement, brand consistency, and search visibility.
  • Review client websites, blogs, and social channels regularly to identify relevant content for publication and promotion.
  • Guide the refresh, repurposing, redistribution, or retirement of content based on quality, relevance, engagement, and performance evidence.
  • Apply editorial standards, SEO best practices, audience segmentation, and conversion principles across content experiences.

Campaign, Newsletter & Channel Management

  • Manage the promotion of client content across websites, email, social media, landing pages, webinars, events, sales enablement materials, and other relevant channels.
  • Populate and optimize general, custom, quarterly, themed, product, and special-edition newsletters, ensuring contracted inclusions and deadlines are met.
  • Map content to upcoming newsletter themes and collaborate with editorial and commercial teams to identify timely, relevant material.
  • Create and optimize newsletter titles, subject lines, preheaders, introductions, footers, nurture emails, account-based marketing messages, and social copy.
  • Create LinkedIn showcase posts using compelling copy, appropriate tagged accounts, and relevant hashtags.
  • Coordinate directly with clients when needed to establish submission deadlines and collect campaign-specific content.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish a consistent process for reviewing content engagement and campaign performance across channels.
  • Analyze audience behavior, content consumption, traffic, conversion activity, email results, social engagement, SEO performance, and qualitative feedback.
  • Conduct recurring content audits and post-campaign reviews to identify high-performing assets, performance gaps, duplication, coverage needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Define benchmarks, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards that connect content engagement to campaign and business objectives.
  • Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that communicate meaningful trends, performance drivers, risks, gaps, and prioritized next actions.
  • Develop and oversee content and channel tests, including A/B tests, and apply results to messaging, format, distribution, promotion, calls to action, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor competitors, industry benchmarks, search trends, and emerging audience needs to provide context for recommendations.
  • Ensure insights inform content calendars, campaign briefs, editorial standards, client recommendations, and future planning.
