Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Management Software (WMS) Project Implementation Specialist to oversee software implementation projects for our clients. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment of our WMS solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in software project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage WMS implementation projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse operations and customize software solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate between internal teams (development, support, sales) and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to clients during and after software deployment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Travel as required for onsite project meetings, training, and implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation or WMS.
• Skills & Abilities: o Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). o Experience with AI Platforms and task management (Agentic AI) as a task management, documentation, and troubleshooting toolset o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Experience with warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
• Work Environment: o Initially, more time will be required in the office for training and onboarding. o Opportunity to transition to a hybrid or remote work model over time.
