Supply Chain Specialist

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to provide support across purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This position will be responsible for creating and tracking purchase orders, coordinating inventory transfers, maintaining ERP data, and following up with suppliers and internal teams to keep orders and projects moving forward.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with purchase orders, inventory coordination, ERP/MRP systems, and Excel and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, and maintain purchase orders, including orders supporting New Product Development projects.
• Monitor open POs and follow up on confirmations, required dates, shipment bookings, and outstanding orders.
• Coordinate inventory movements and warehouse transfers.
• Maintain purchasing and project information in Wrike, including PO receipt confirmations, tracker updates, and task prioritization.
• Maintain released Manufacturing Orders.
• Issue and maintain Distribution Orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or materials management.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing purchase orders.
• Experience with inventory transfers and warehouse coordination.
• Working knowledge of an ERP/MRP system.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open orders, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay/Benefits:

• $23/hr - $28/hr depending on experience
