Sales Support Coordinator

LHH is seeking an organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales, service, shipping, and e-commerce operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, order processing, inside sales support, or sales administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, and availability
• Prepare quotes and follow up on open customer requests
• Enter and process sales orders and purchase orders in NetSuite
• Provide customers with orders, delivery, and shipment updates
• Coordinate with sales, service, shipping, and vendors to resolve order issues
• Process orders from Amazon and Shopify
• Assist with returns, cancellations, and customer account questions
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory information
• Provide general administrative and inside sales support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, order processing, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with Excel and business software
• ERP experience, including NetSuite, is a plus

Pay/Benefits:

• $26/hr - $33/hr depending on experience

Pay Details: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour
