Partner with Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Operations, and project teams to ensure accurate employee and project-level payroll information.
Manage year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and payroll reconciliations.
Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, internal controls, and process improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll audits, union inquiries, and certified payroll documentation.
Supervise, train, and develop payroll staff as applicable.

Experience with the Davis-Bacon Act and prevailing wage requirements strongly preferred.
Experience calculating and reporting union dues, fringe benefits, pension contributions, and health and welfare benefits.
