Litigation Paralegal | Austin, TX $35-$45/hour DOE | Temp-to-Hire | Immediate Need 🚨 Actively interviewing and hiring immediately! 🚨 A respected law firm in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its busy litigation team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal looking to make an immediate impact while exploring a long-term career opportunity. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage business and corporate litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and legal documents
• Coordinate document production and discovery, including ESI review and organization
• Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Track litigation deadlines and maintain attorney calendars
• E-file and e-serve documents in state and federal courts
• Maintain organized case files and litigation databases
• Support attorneys with administrative and case management responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
• Experience handling discovery and document production
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management systems
• Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
