Required Qualifications · Prior experience as a Controller, Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance, CFO, or comparable senior finance leader. · Multiple successful end-to-end ERP implementations, including at least one implementation of NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics. · Strong command of accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, consolidations, budgeting, internal controls, and audit requirements. · Demonstrated experience translating finance and operational needs into ERP requirements, workflows, and reporting solutions. · Experience managing implementation partners, consultants, cross-functional teams, project timelines, and executive stakeholders. · Hands-on knowledge of data migration, system testing, reconciliations, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. · Excellent project leadership, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and change-management skills. · Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
