Location: San Diego, CA 92130

Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM

Work Environment: 100% onsite

Pay Range: $26 to $30/hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial institution in San Diego to hire a Client Services Specialist for an immediate temporary need. This position is ideal for someone with banking experience who enjoys working directly with clients and is comfortable balancing teller transactions, account servicing, phone calls, and a high volume of email communication.

What You’ll Do

• Process teller transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
• Manage and balance a cash box following established controls
• Assist clients by phone, email, and in person
• Respond to internal service requests
• Contact clients to verify questionable transactions, items, or signatures
• Assist with prior day maintenance reports
• Perform client verification for wire transactions
• Follow established Branch procedures and manual banking processes
• Provide warm, professional service in a polished client facing environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous banking experience strongly preferred
• Teller and cash handling experience highly desirable
• Exposure to wire transactions or related banking operations is a plus
• New account experience is helpful but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable learning institution specific banking systems and processes
• Professional presence and polished communication style

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
