LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Benefits Consultant with at least 6 years of experience working in a similar role. This is Temp opportunity within the Nonprofit industry, located in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted benefits advisor, providing strategic guidance on health, welfare, retirement, and employee benefit programs.
• Analyze benefit plan performance, utilization, costs, market trends, and benchmarking information to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and support annual benefit planning, renewal, and open enrollment initiatives.
• Evaluate plan design options and recommend changes based on organizational goals, employee needs, financial considerations, and market competitiveness.
• Manage relationships with benefit carriers, brokers, vendors, and other external partners.
• Participate in carrier negotiations, vendor evaluations, and requests for proposal to help secure competitive pricing and service levels.
• Provide guidance on medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, retirement, and related benefit programs.
• Monitor changing benefit regulations and industry developments, partnering with appropriate legal and compliance resources as needed.
• Develop and present benefits recommendations, analyses, and strategic considerations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support organizations through benefit program changes, implementations, integrations, and other strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve the employee benefits experience, communication, administration, and overall program effectiveness.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while managing multiple benefits initiatives and priorities.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of Employee Benefits experience

Employment Type: Temp

Salary: $60-65/hr

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
