What You’ll Learn & Do As a Production Worker, you will be directly involved in the heavy-duty manufacturing process that supports the nation's rail infrastructure. You’ll gain direct experience in:

• Hot Forging: Mastering the craft of shaping high-strength steel fasteners engineered for heavy freight and transit rail lines.
• Machinery Operation & Maintenance: Running, troubleshooting, and maintaining heavy industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
