NOW HIRING - SHIPPING and RECEIVING SPECIALIST Level Up Sourcing LLC | Arlington, TX 76001 Pay: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday Regular Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Current Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Additional Overtime) Job Type: Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish): A Plus Forklift Experience: Required ### Position Overview Level Up Sourcing LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist for a warehouse operation in Arlington, TX 76001. The ideal candidate will have hands-on forklift experience, strong organizational skills, inventory management knowledge, and the ability to accurately process incoming and outgoing materials. This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain accurate records, and coordinate material availability to support daily production operations. ### Key Responsibilities - Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation. - Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse. - Accurately enter receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions into the company's computer system. - Organize, label, and properly store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations. - Maintain accurate general inventory records and monitor stock levels. - Prepare, coordinate, and dispatch completed orders and finished products for shipment. - Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability. - Deliver requested materials to the production/shop floor in a timely manner. - Monitor and replenish consumable supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels. - Verify and communicate material availability for upcoming and active production jobs. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. - Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned. ### Required Qualifications - Previous forklift operating experience is required. - Must have experience safely loading and unloading trucks using a forklift. - Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience. - Basic computer skills and experience entering inventory information into a warehouse or business system. - Ability to read and verify packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. - Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, supervisors, and production personnel. - Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime. - Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials. ### Preferred Qualifications - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Experience with inventory management or ERP/WMS systems. - Previous experience supporting manufacturing or production operations. - Experience coordinating purchasing, vendor follow-ups, and material availability. ### Compensation and Schedule - Starting Pay: $18.50/hour - Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Current Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Overtime: Currently available based on operational needs and paid at the applicable overtime rate. ### How to Apply Interested candidates should contact Level Up Sourcing LLC.
