Instructional Para Title I-Elementary (26-27)

Assists certificated teachers by reinforcing lesson plans, supervising students, and managing classrooms.

• Collaborate with teacher to implement lesson plans and activities designed to meet the educational and developmental needs of all students.
• Support teacher during whole group sessions by actively engaging students, facilitating discussions, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Lead small group activities under the guidance of the lead teacher, focusing on specific learning objectives and adapting instruction to accommodate learning styles and abilities.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of student progress data, including observations, assessments, and behavioral tracking.
• Implement strategies to support students with transitions, including visual schedules, verbal prompts, and positive reinforcement techniques.
